•Other Cities & Districts: 3–7 business days

•Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges:

•Standard Delivery (within Bangladesh): BDT 80–150 (depending on location)

•Free Shipping: On orders above BDT 2,500

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Return Window:

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligible Conditions:

Items must be:

•Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

•Tags and packaging must be intact

•Return must be initiated with a valid reason (wrong size, damaged item, etc.)

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are issued only if:

•The item is out of stock after placing the order

•The product is defective and cannot be exchanged

•You have returned an item and opted for a refund (after approval)

2. Refund Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through your original payment method (Bkash/Nagad).
